Financial & Insurance Policy

We strive to provide you with the finest surgical care in all of our offices. To accomplish this we work with you and your insurance company to minimize your fees due at the time of evaluation and treatment, and to maximize your reimbursements.

For your convenience, at our main offices in Dartmouth and Halifax we make every effort to direct bill your dental insurance company, if applicable. You will be responsible for the estimated portion of your consultation or treatment that we expect will not be paid by your insurance. This includes co-payments and services not covered by your particular insurance. We are pleased to offer many payment methods, including most major credit cards, Interac, and cheques.

Please be prepared to provide payment in full for any fees incurred during your visit that day. Occasionally payment plans can be arranged. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your initial or subsequent visits, do not hesitate to contact us. Our administrative staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and can answer your questions regarding insurance and financial issues.

Prior to appointments at any of our satellite offices, please call that individual office for the particular billing method, options of payment and insurance handling, as they may vary at each location or with your particular surgeon.
